Estara is a design-driven development company dedicated to crafting modern luxury homes that balance architectural beauty with timeless livability. Founded on a vision of precision, artistry, and purpose, Estara came to life from a simple realization that true luxury is not excess, but refinement.
We saw a need for homes that go beyond aesthetic appeal, spaces that are elevated in both form and feeling. At Estara, each residence is thoughtfully designed to reflect the individuality of its setting and the aspirations of those who call it home. From the first line of design to the final detail of construction, our mission is to create enduring works of architecture that inspire, comfort, and stand the test of time.
Meet Layla Wang
The Vision Behind Estara Homes.
After relocating to the United States, I served in the U.S. Air Force as a Contracting Specialist, managing procurement for construction, commodities, and services. Sponsored by the Department of Defense, I became a U.S. citizen and later earned a six-figure merit award and Guldner Family Scholarship to pursue my Juris Doctor at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
Before my military service, I built and managed a thriving vacation rental business in Hawaii, welcoming thousands of guests each year. That experience taught me the lasting impact of thoughtful design and hospitality, values that now define Estara’s approach to homebuilding.
Over the past several years, I have also invested in residential developments across the country, working closely with contractors from land preparation through final build. This blend of legal insight, military precision, and hands-on building experience shapes my vision for Estara Development, where every home reflects integrity, innovation, and enduring beauty.

With a deep passion for craftsmanship and innovation, Ernesto Cervantes has devoted his career to redefining modern luxury living. As Founder and CEO of TI Total Innovation in Phoenix, he leads a team renowned for transforming architectural vision into exceptional, high-end homes. Beginning his journey in 2004 as an electrician, Ernesto mastered the fundamentals of building before advancing into HVAC and solar systems, gaining the technical foundation that now defines his commitment to precision, sustainability, and design excellence. His early work on hospitality and commercial projects, including the Little Missouri Inn & Suites and Teddy’s Residential Suites, paved the way for his transition into luxury residential construction.
Since 2018, Ernesto has completed more than one hundred custom homes and remodels across Phoenix, Biltmore, and Scottsdale. Guided by the belief that true luxury is built on integrity, quality, and vision, he continues to elevate his craft through a partnership with Estara Homes, where innovation and artistry unite to set a new benchmark in contemporary homebuilding.
